摘 要: 通過(guò)直接集氣法和X射線衍射分析, 研究了TiH2在空氣中加熱氧化處理前后的釋氫行為。 結(jié)果表明: 經(jīng)高于450 ℃空氣中加熱處理后TiH2于Ar氣氛中釋氫, TiH1.97和TiH1.92向TiH1.5轉(zhuǎn)變的相變開(kāi)始溫度有明顯的升高趨勢(shì), 表明氧化產(chǎn)物對(duì)TiH2有較好的緩釋效果; 氧化溫度對(duì)TiH2緩釋效果的影響程度明顯大于保溫時(shí)間的影響。 TiH2在氧化過(guò)程中隨溫度和保溫時(shí)間的變化有明顯的顏色變化, 呈灰色→金綠色→金黃色→紫色→藍(lán)色的變化趨勢(shì); 顏色的變化不僅表明了氧化產(chǎn)物厚度和相的變化, 而且還表明氧化是一個(gè)漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程。

gas release behavior of TiH2

Abstract: The releasing hydrogen behavior of TiH2 was studied by collecting gas directly and XRD analysis when TiH2 was heated in the atmosphere. The results show that TiH2 releases hydrogen in Ar atmosphere when the heating temperature is above 450 ℃. The starting temperature of phase change from TiH1.97 and TiH1.92 to TiH1.5 increases obviously, indicating that the oxides can slow the release of H2 obviously. Furthermore, the effect of heating temperature on the release of H2 is bigger than that of the heat preservation time. There is an obvious color change from grey to golden green, yellow, purple, and then to blue with the temperature and heat preservation time changing when heating TiH2 in the atmosphere, which shows the change of thickness of oxide and phase, and presents a gradual oxidation process.
