摘 要: 通過熱重分析, 研究了高溫下Zn引發(fā)劑以金屬和氧化物兩種形式的引入對(duì)Al-Si合金直接氧化生長(zhǎng)過程的影響。 結(jié)果表明: 當(dāng)合金中Zn含量超過3%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí), 能生成Al2O3/Al復(fù)合材料,且隨著Zn含量的增加, 孕育期隨之縮短, 復(fù)合材料的生成量也隨之增加; ZnO粉末覆蓋量的最佳值為31 mg/cm2, 超過此值時(shí), 孕育期會(huì)隨之延長(zhǎng),復(fù)合材料的生成量也隨之減少。 同時(shí)還發(fā)現(xiàn), 覆蓋ZnO粉末比添加Zn金屬具有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì),更有助于Al2O3/Al復(fù)合材料以光滑方式氧化生長(zhǎng), 形成細(xì)化胞狀晶團(tuán), 提高組織的均勻性和致密度。

Abstract: The effects of Zn dopant introduced with metal and oxidation on Al-Si alloy directed oxidation at high temperature in air were studied through TG analysis. The results show that Al2O3/Al composites are produced when Zn content of alloy exceeds 3%. The incubation period of Al-Si-Zn alloy direct oxidation process is shorten and the contents of composites growth are increased with increase of Zn content. The optimum content of ZnO powder used to dope on the ZLD104 alloy surface is 31 mg/cm2, the incubation period of ZLD104 alloy postpones and the contents of composites decrease when the content of ZnO exceeds. In addition, doping with ZnO powder have more significant advantage than adding Zn metallic, which make Al2O3/Al composite the oxidation grow with the gloss way, form the cell-shape crystal and can produce more dense composites.
