摘 要: 以蛋膜為模板, 利用其仿生礦化機(jī)制和對(duì)反應(yīng)離子的控制傳輸作用, 制備出了銅族硫化物納米晶, 直接證明了蛋膜用于納米材料合成的可行性,為半導(dǎo)體納米材料的制備提供了一種新的方法。 實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的CuS、 Ag2S、 Au2S3納米晶粒徑分別為30、 24和22 nm, 均具有主紅外透過、 光致發(fā)光等性能, 并在紫外—可見吸收光譜中出現(xiàn)了常規(guī)材料所不具備的新的吸收峰。

Abstract: Utilizing biomineralization mechanism of eggshell membrane and its control over ions transfer, three kinds of nanocrystals of copper group sulphides were synthesized with eggshell membrane as a template. This indicates the feasibility of synthesizing nanomaterials with eggshell membrane and provides a novel template method for the formation of inorganic nanomaterials. The results show that the average diameters of CuS, Ag2S and Au2S3 nanocrystals obtained from the experiment were 30, 24 and 22 nm, respectively; the three kinds of nanocrystals all have some special properties such as fluorescence, none absorb peak in FT-IR, and they also have some new absorb peaks in UV-V is while the bulk materials haven't.
