摘 要: 表面張力是液態(tài)合金的重要物性參數(shù)之一, 鋁合金表面張力與其變質(zhì)處理效果及充型能力等質(zhì)量參數(shù)密切相關(guān), 研究鑄造鋁合金表面張力快速檢測(cè)方法及裝置,對(duì)于開發(fā)鋁合金熔煉質(zhì)量爐前實(shí)時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)具有非常重要的實(shí)際意義。 介紹了一種液態(tài)鋁合金表面張力快速測(cè)試的新方法和新裝置, 新方法以固定時(shí)間內(nèi)吹入被測(cè)液體的氣泡個(gè)數(shù)以及氣泡在生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中內(nèi)部壓差變化為信息參數(shù),通過(guò)回歸公式求解表面張力。 基于該方法研制的表面張力新型測(cè)試裝置由單片機(jī)測(cè)控單元、 探頭及其鎖緊和升降機(jī)構(gòu)、 供氣單元等部分構(gòu)成。 采用新裝置可在5 s內(nèi)測(cè)得鋁合金表面張力, 且具有較高的測(cè)試精度。

Abstract: Surface tension is one of the important physical features of liquid metal, some quality parameters such as inoculation effect and filling ability of aluminum alloy relate to surface tension. So it is very significant to develop new method and device of fast testing surface tension of liquid metal for evaluating the quality of melting aluminum in front of the furnace. A new method of fast testing liquid aluminum was introduced. The new method takes the number of blowing bubbles into liquid metal during limited period and the pressure differential in the bubble during its growing process as information parameters, then calculates the surface tension equivalent of the melt by means of regression equation. An automatic device of testing surface tension based on the new method consists of an air compressor, a heat resistant detector, detector holder, detector driver and a testing and controlling unit. With the new method and device, surface tension of liquid cast aluminum can be tested accurately in 5 s.
