摘 要: 鎂合金在航空航天、 汽車、 電子等領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景, 焊接技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為制約其應(yīng)用的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵。 分析了鎂合金焊接的主要問(wèn)題,介紹了鎂合金焊接的研究現(xiàn)狀, 綜述了鎂合金鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊、 熔化極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊、 攪拌摩擦焊、 慣性摩擦焊、 激光焊、 電子束焊和電阻點(diǎn)焊的特點(diǎn), 并對(duì)鎂合金焊接研究及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract: Magnesium alloy has wide application foreground on the areas of aerospace, transportation, electronic engineering and other industries, and welding technique has been a key technology restraining the application of magnesium alloy. The main problems in magnesium alloy welding were analyzed, the results of recent investigations on the welding techniques were reviewed, the characteristics of gas tungsten arc welding, metal inertia gas welding, friction stir welding, friction welding, laser welding, electron beam welding and resistance spot welding were summarized and the future directions of research and application of magnesium alloy were pointed out.
