摘 要: 研究了具有枝晶組織的Al-5.8%Cu合金在控制熔化過程中固相形態(tài)的演變, 以及加熱速率、保溫時間對固相形態(tài)演變的影響。 分析了影響熔化組織中固相形態(tài)的因素, 提出由枝晶組織直接獲得適合半固態(tài)成形的球晶組織的控制熔化工藝, 并制備了固相顆粒圓整、 尺寸較小、分布均勻的半固態(tài)漿料。

semi-solid slurry by controlled melting

Abstract: The microstructure evolution of a dendritic Al-5.8%Cu alloy during controlled heating and re-melting process was investigated. Attention has been paid to the effects of heating rate and holding time on the morphology changing of solid grains during re-melting. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing morphology of the melting grains, a new method to prepare semi-solid slurry by controlling as-cast microstructure and melting process was proposed. And a semi-solid slurry was successfully obtained by using the new method.
