摘 要: 以尿素、 硫酸鎳為原料, 用均相沉淀法制備了氧化鎳納米線(xiàn),并通過(guò) X射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)、 透射電鏡(TEM)及紅外光譜等測(cè)試手段對(duì)所得產(chǎn)物的組成和形貌進(jìn)行了研究。 TEM結(jié)果表明, 所得產(chǎn)物為多晶氧化鎳納米線(xiàn),直徑和長(zhǎng)度分別為5~15 nm和250~350 nm。 通過(guò)對(duì)前驅(qū)體產(chǎn)物在不同溫度下煅燒,發(fā)現(xiàn)納米線(xiàn)在600 °C分解為顆粒。作為比較, 以尿素為沉淀劑, 用水熱法制得氧化鎳納米粉體, 結(jié)果得到球形和排列整齊的棒狀兩種形態(tài)。

Abstract: Nickel oxide nanowires were prepared by urea-based homogeneous precipitation process. The structure, morphology and composition of the as precipitated and heat-treated materials were characterized by means of XRD, TEM, and IR spectra analysis. The result of the electron diffraction shows that the NiO nanowires are polycrystalline with 5-15 nm in diameter. The nanowires were broken into particles when calcined at 600 °C. For comparison, the hydrothermal method was also used to prepare NiO nanopowders. As a result, assembled nanocrystals and comb-like nanobars were obtained.
