摘 要: 針對(duì)電場(chǎng)作用對(duì)堆浸過(guò)程中氧氣氣體在浸堆中傳輸?shù)挠绊懀?在實(shí)驗(yàn)室采用三軸滲流實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置和電場(chǎng)實(shí)施裝置, 研究外加電場(chǎng)作用下浸堆中氧氣氣體的滲流性質(zhì)。 結(jié)果表明: 電場(chǎng)作用對(duì)浸堆中氧氣滲流性質(zhì)的影響非常明顯; 電場(chǎng)作用下, 氧氣氣體滲流速度比無(wú)電場(chǎng)時(shí)要大, 并且滲流速度隨氧氣氣體壓力梯度增大成線性增加; 加電場(chǎng)后, 浸堆中氧氣氣體滲流量隨電壓(電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度)升高成線性增大; 滲透率越好的浸堆, 氧氣氣體在浸堆中的電動(dòng)效應(yīng)越明顯。

Abstract: The electric field has effective influence on the transmission of oxygen gas in dump when heap leaching. The seepage properties of oxygen in dump under the effect of electric field are investigated by triaxial compression and seepage test. The testing results indicate that the influence of electric field on oxygen seepage properties in dump is obvious. The seepage velocity of oxygen under electric field is much larger than that with no electric field, and increases linearly with the pressure gradient of oxygen gas. Under electric field, the quantity of oxygen gas seepage in dump increases approximately linearly with voltage or electric field strength. The better the permeability of dump is, the clearer the electric effect of oxygen gas in dump is.
