摘 要: 以微波溶劑熱法制備納米晶粉體Ag8SnSe6, 通過X射線粉末衍射、 透射電子顯微鏡和X射線光電子能譜等手段表征其組成。實驗考察了超聲波輻照、 合成時間和有機溶劑填充度等條件對其產率和粒徑的影響。 探討了微波溶劑熱法合成納米晶的機理。 漫反射紫外可見吸收光譜(UV-Vis)表明其禁帶寬度為2.14 eV, 具有優(yōu)良的半導體性能。

Abstract: The nanocrystalline Ag8SnSe6 was prepared by microwave solvothermal technique. Several techniques such as XRD, TEM and XPS were used to characterize its composition. The effect of ultrasonic radiation, reaction time and organic solvent's tamping degree on product's yield and size was investigated, the mechanism of the formation of nanocrystalline was discussed. UV-Vis analysis indicates that this compound is preferable semiconductor with a band gap of 2.14 eV.
