摘 要: 通過(guò)慢應(yīng)變速率拉伸測(cè)試、 掃描電鏡及透射電鏡分析等研究了2519鋁合金在T6、 T8熱處理狀態(tài)下, 在空氣和3.5%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的NaCl溶液中的應(yīng)力腐蝕開(kāi)裂(SCC)行為,研究了應(yīng)變速率對(duì)2519鋁合金SCC行為的影響。 結(jié)果表明: 同一熱處理狀態(tài)下, 2519鋁合金在3.5%的NaCl溶液中應(yīng)力腐蝕開(kāi)裂敏感性高于干燥空氣中;在應(yīng)變速率為1.33×10-5 s-1時(shí),其SCC敏感性比應(yīng)變速率為6.66×10-5 s-1時(shí)的敏感性大; 同一應(yīng)變速率下, T6狀態(tài)比T8狀態(tài)SCC敏感性大, T8狀態(tài)時(shí)抗應(yīng)力腐蝕性能比T6狀態(tài)時(shí)好。

Abstract: The stress corrosion cracking(SCC)performance of aluminum alloy 2519 in air and in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated by using slow strain rate tension, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The experimental results show that aluminum alloy 2519 is more susceptible to SCC in 3.5% NaCl solution than in air and the alloy is more susceptible to SCC at 1.33×10-5 s-1 than at 6.66×10-5 s-1 at the same temper. Alloy 2519-T6 is more susceptible to SCC than 2519-T8 at the same strain rate.
