摘 要: 對(duì)AZ31B鎂合金熱軋板材退火處理的靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)分析。結(jié)果表明: AZ31B鎂合金再結(jié)晶晶粒分?jǐn)?shù)與退火時(shí)間的關(guān)系可以用JMAK方程進(jìn)行描述,由實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得到AZ31B鎂合金再結(jié)晶激活能為59.6~69.3 kJ/mol, 在200, 250, 300, 350 ℃和400 ℃時(shí)再結(jié)晶完成的時(shí)間分別為373~389, 72.1~87.2, 18.0~26.3, 5.6~9.6 min和2.1~4.1 min,計(jì)算同時(shí)得到AZ31B鎂合金再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線, 該曲線可以為制定AZ31B鎂合金退火處理工藝提供參考。

Abstract: The kinetics analysis of static recrystallization during annealing process of hot-rolled AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet was investigated. The results show that the relationship between annealing time and volume fraction of the recrystallized grains can be described by the JMAK equation. Based on the kinetics analysis of recrystallization process, the activation energy was calculated to be about 59.6-69.3 kJ/mol, the time for recrystallization completion at 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 ℃ are 373-389, 72.1-87.2, 18.0-26.3, 5.6-9.6 and 2.1-4.1 min, respectively. At the meantime, the recrystallization kinetics curve of AZ31B magnesium alloy was worked out, which could be a reference for the techniques of annealing treatment.
