預(yù)先熱處理對(duì)6111鋁合金冷軋及再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)的影響

摘 要:  采用取向分布函數(shù)(ODF)法研究了預(yù)先熱處理對(duì)6111鋁合金的冷軋和再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)組態(tài)的影響。 結(jié)果表明: 預(yù)先熱處理因改變基體的成分和第二相的析出狀態(tài)而顯著影響6111鋁合金的形變織構(gòu)和再結(jié)晶織構(gòu); 熱軋板不經(jīng)預(yù)處理而直接冷軋, 其再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)主要由繞法向旋轉(zhuǎn)了15°的立方取向(Cube+ND15)和{011}〈111〉取向構(gòu)成; 冷軋前進(jìn)行過(guò)時(shí)效處理, 其再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)主要由繞法向旋轉(zhuǎn)了20°的立方取向(Cube+ND20)和{011}〈122〉取向構(gòu)成;冷軋前進(jìn)行固溶處理會(huì)顯著提高冷軋織構(gòu)中Brass和Goss組分的取向密度,再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)明顯弱化, 而且Cube+ND20組分繞法方向(ND)產(chǎn)生很大的漫散,接近于{001}〈UVW〉纖維織構(gòu)。

Effect of pre-heat treatments on cold rolling
and recrystallization textures in Al alloy 6111

Abstract: The effects of pre-heat treatment on rolling and recrystallization textures were investigated by means of orientation distribute functions (ODFs). The results show that the pre-heat treatments have significant effects on both rolling texture and recrystallization texture. The recrystallization texture of sample hot rolled and then cold rolled consists of cube orientation rotated by 15° round normal direction (ND) and {011}〈111〉orientation. The recrystallization textures consist of cube orientation rotated by 20° round normal direction (ND) and {011}〈122〉orientation for samples overaged and then cold rolled. The orientation intensities of Brass and Goss components of cold rolling texture are raised remarkably for samples solution-treated, and the orientation intensity of the rotated cube orientation of recrystallization texture is obviously lowered. The rotated cube orientation is scattered round normal direction, closing to {001}〈UVW〉 fibre texture.
