抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響

摘 要: 采用溫壓方法制備了高密度Fe-2Ni-2Cu-1Mo-1C材料, 并研究了燒結(jié)溫度和燒結(jié)時(shí)間對(duì)溫壓Fe-2Ni-2Cu-1Mo-1C材料燒結(jié)密度和抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明: 常規(guī)溫壓和模壁潤(rùn)滑溫壓的燒結(jié)密度和抗拉強(qiáng)度隨燒結(jié)溫度和時(shí)間的變化而變化, 模壁潤(rùn)滑溫壓的燒結(jié)密度和抗拉強(qiáng)度均大于常規(guī)溫壓的; 溫壓材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度為燒結(jié)溫度和燒結(jié)時(shí)間的函數(shù),常規(guī)溫壓和模壁潤(rùn)滑溫壓的抗拉強(qiáng)度隨燒結(jié)溫度和時(shí)間變化的線性回歸方程(R為相關(guān)系數(shù))分別為σb=575+211 153 6f(t, T), R=0.972和σb=595+208 688 3f(t, T), R=0.997。

Abstract: The high density Fe-2Ni-2Cu-1Mo-1C material was fabricated by warm compaction method, and the influence of sintering temperature and sintering time on the density and tensile strength of warm compacted Fe-2Ni-2Cu-1Mo-1C sintered material were studied. The results show that the sintered density and tensile strength of the conventional warm compacted and die wall lubricating warm compacted samples change with the change of sintering temperatures and time. The sintered density and tensile strength of the die wall lubricating warm compacted material are larger than those of conventional warm compacted samples. The tensile strengths of warm compacted ferrous materials are functions of sintering temperatures and time. The regression for conventional warm compaction conditions and die wall lubricating warm compaction conditions are that σb=575+211 153 6 f(t, T), R=0.972 and σb=595+208 688 3 f(t, T), R=0.997, respectively.
