摘 要: 研究稀土對AZ91和AM60鎂合金摩擦磨損性能的影響。 結果表明: 在所研究的范圍內(nèi), 稀土鎂合金的摩擦磨損特性明顯優(yōu)于基體合金; 含稀土鎂合金與不含稀土鎂合金的磨損速率都隨載荷的增加而增加, AZ91鎂合金的耐磨性要遠遠高于AM60稀土鎂合金。 磨損機制在實驗條件下都相同, 均發(fā)生由輕微磨損向嚴重磨損的轉變; 稀土的加入細化合金組織, 改善鎂合金的綜合性能, 增強磨損表面氧化膜的穩(wěn)定性, 提高稀土鎂合金的承載能力, 有效地延遲由輕微磨損向嚴重磨損的轉變過程。

Abstract: The influence of rare earth on the friction and wear characteristics of AZ91 and AM60 magnesium alloys was studied. The results show that the wear resistance properties of rare-earth magnesium alloys are better than those of matrix alloy under the testing conditions. The anti-wear behaviour of AZ91 alloy is much better than that of AM60 alloy. In dry sliding process, magnesium alloys undergo a transition from mild wear to severe wear. The addition of rare earths refines the structure of alloys, improves the comprehensive behaviors of magnesium alloys, increases the stability of oxidation films on worn surfaces, enhances the loading ability of rare-earth magnesium alloys, and delays the transition from mild wear to severe wear effectively.
