摘 要: 通過鋪展實驗和滲透實驗考查添加鈦對銅與C/C復合材料潤濕性能的影響。 采用真空熔滲的方法成功地將銅合金液滲入到C/C復合材料坯體中。 對滲銅后形成的C/C-Cu復合材料進行X射線衍射、 金相和掃描電鏡分析。 結(jié)果表明, 加入12%~16%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))的鈦元素粉末使銅在C/C復合材料表面有好的鋪展性能; 含鈦銅合金滲入到C/C復合材料中有TiC形成。 添加鈦元素能改善C/C復合材料滲銅性能的主要原因是改善銅在C/C復合材料中的化學吸附和物理吸附特性; 通過毛細管力作用, 合金液滲入到C/C復合材料坯體中。

Abstract: The influence of adding titanium on the wettability of molten copper on the surface of C/C composites preform was investigated by spreading and infiltrating experiment. Copper infiltrated into the preform successfully, and C/C-Cu composites were prepared by the molten infiltration. The composites were analysed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), optical microscope(OM), scanning electronic microscope(SEM). The results show that copper added 12%-16% (mass fraction) titanium possesses good wettability on the surface of C/C composites preform; the molten copper alloy containing titanium infiltrates into the preform, and TiC phase forms in the C/C-Cu composites. The improvement of adding titanium for molten copper infiltration into the C/C composites preform results from the improvement of the chemical and physical adsorption characteristic of copper on the composites. The liquid copper alloy infiltrates into the preform under the capillary pressure.
