摘 要: 以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O為鈰源、 NH3·H2O為沉淀劑, 用化學(xué)沉淀法通過對陳化時間的控制, 制備了單分散的單晶納米CeO2粒子, 并用XRD、 TEM、 ED、 BET、 TG-DTA等測試手段對產(chǎn)物的物相結(jié)構(gòu)、 形貌和納米尺度進(jìn)行了表征。 XRD分析表明,制得的納米CeO2粒子為螢石結(jié)構(gòu)且晶型比較完整。 通過控制熱處理的溫度和陳化時間可以控制粒子的大小。 TEM和ED分析表明產(chǎn)物顆粒基本為球形, 分散性較好且為單晶。 通過TG-DTA結(jié)果可以斷定所制備的前驅(qū)體結(jié)構(gòu)式為CeO2·1/2H2O。

Abstract: Cerium oxide nanoparticles with single crystal were prepared by precipitation method using Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as cerium resource and NH3·H2O as precipitant through controlling aging time. The phase structure, morphology and nanosize were characterized by means of XRD, TEM, ED, BET and TG-DTA. XRD result shows that the nanoparticles CeO2 prepared by precipitation are fluorite structure with high crystallization integrity.The size of particles can be controlled by adjusting the temperature of thermal treatment and aging time. The results of TEM and ED show that the particles are spherical, dispersed well and single crystal. The products of CeO2·1/2H2O can be deduced according to the result of TG-DTA.
