摘 要: 用自組裝技術(shù)合成了以通過(guò)溶膠-凝膠法得到的納米ZrO2包覆的SiO2粒子, 并研究了其作為固體超強(qiáng)酸的催化性能。樣品采用TG-DTA, SEM, EDS, XPS 和XRD 進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明: SiO2粒子表面的納米ZrO2具有較好的均勻性和致密性, ZrO2的含量隨覆蓋層的增加而增多, 納米ZrO2具有四方相結(jié)構(gòu); SO2-4ZrO2/SiO2固體超強(qiáng)酸具有較好的催化性及重復(fù)使用性。

Abstract: The SiO2 particles coated by nanostructure ZrO2 prepared by sol-gel method were synthesized by layer-by-layer self-assembly, and its catalytic activity was studied. The nanostructure ZrO2 particles were characterized by TG-DTA, SEM, EDS, XPS and XRD. The results show that the ZrO2 nanopowders on the surface of SiO2 particles are well distributed and compact. The amount of ZrO2 increases with the increase of coating layers, and the structure of this coating is tetragonal phases. The SO2-4ZrO2/SiO2 solid super acid has good catalytic activity and can be repeatly used.
