載荷、時間、速度對C/C復合材料
摩擦磨損行為的影響

摘 要:  在M2000型、 MG1000型高溫摩擦實驗機上, 將3種C/C復合材料分別與40Cr鍍Cr鋼、 W18Cr4V鋼配副進行滑動摩擦實驗。結果表明: 在環(huán)-塊滑動摩擦實驗中, 隨時間延長, 試樣摩擦系數(shù)均趨向平穩(wěn), 質量磨損量均增長。 其中, 低密度試樣的摩擦系數(shù)較高, 在0.13~0.18之間波動; 在銷-盤滑動摩擦實驗中, 室溫下, 20 N時,具有粗糙層/光滑層/樹脂炭試樣摩擦系數(shù)為0.13、 1 h質量磨損為1.1 mg, 40 N時分別為0.10和0.9 mg, 60 N時分別0.15和3.9 mg為; 200 ℃時, 試樣的摩擦系數(shù)和1 h質量磨損均大幅度增加, 分別在0.16~0.27和4.1~5.8 mg之間;“跑合”期間, 隨時間延長, 試樣的摩擦系數(shù)和磨損量均逐漸增大;“跑合”結束后,摩擦系數(shù)變小, 磨損量趨于穩(wěn)定; 隨轉速增加, 試樣的摩擦系數(shù)和質量磨損均增加。

Influence of load, time, speed on
sliding tribology behavior of C/C composites

Abstract: Using M2000 wear tester and MG1000 high temperature wear tester, the sliding tribology behavior of three kinds of C/C composites with different matrix carbon were investigated with 40Cr steel coated by Cr or W18Cr4V steel as couple. The result shows that in the ring-block sliding wear test, with time prolonging, the friction coefficient of all samples becomes more and more stable, and the mass wear loss increases. Among such samples, the samples with low density hold high friction coefficient between 0.13-0.18. In the pin-dish sliding wear test, at room temperature, under 20 N test, the friction coefficient of the sample with rough lamination/smooth lamination/resin carbon is 0.13 and the mass wear loss after 1 h test is 1.1 mg, and those under 40 N test are 0.10 and 0.9 mg, respectively, and those under 60 N are 0.15 and 3.9 mg, respectively. At 200 ℃, the friction coefficient and mass wear loss increase quickly which varly among 0.16-0.27 and 4.1-5.8 mg, respectively. During the time of running in, the friction coefficient and mass wear loss increases with time prolonging. After the running in, the friction coefficient decreases and the mass wear loss gets stable. With revolving speed increases, both the friction coefficient and mass wear loss increase.
