大氣腐蝕的協(xié)同作用

摘 要: 在實驗室模擬條件下(25 ℃, 85%±5% RH), 通過失重法、 掃描電鏡、 傅立葉紅外光譜和X射線衍射研究了可溶鹽和SO2對AZ91D鎂合金大氣腐蝕行為的影響。 結果表明: 可溶鹽和SO2氣體均能明顯地加速AZ91D鎂合金的腐蝕, 而且兩者之間對其腐蝕具有協(xié)同作用。 對其腐蝕機理和協(xié)同作用進行了討論。

Abstract: The atmospheric corrosion behavior of diecast AZ91D magnesium alloy deposited with different salts and in the presence of SO2 (25 ℃ and 85%±5% RH) was studied by gravimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The result shows that there is synergetic effect of the soluble salts and SO2. Both the soluble salts and SO2 can accelerate the atmospheric corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy. The synergetic effect of the soluble salts and SO2 may enable the atmospheric corrosion of metallic materials greater than that caused by single component of the two respectively.
