摘 要: 采用低壓等離子噴涂技術(shù)在鎳基單晶高溫合金上制備NiCoCrAlYTa涂層,研究涂層在900、1 000和1 100 ℃下恒溫氧化200 h的氧化動(dòng)力學(xué)規(guī)律。通過(guò)表面XRD和SEM分析,初步探討了氧化動(dòng)力學(xué)規(guī)律與氧化產(chǎn)物的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:900 ℃時(shí)NiCoCrAlYTa涂層的氧化曲線符合對(duì)數(shù)規(guī)律,氧化產(chǎn)物主要為θ-Al2O3相;1 000 ℃時(shí)NiCoCrAlYTa涂層的氧化曲線符合拋物線規(guī)律,氧化產(chǎn)物主要是θ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3相的混合物;1 100 ℃時(shí)NiCoCrAlYTa涂層的氧化符合立方規(guī)律,氧化產(chǎn)物主要是α-Al2O3相。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果經(jīng)計(jì)算得到NiCoCrAlYTa涂層氧化過(guò)程中θ-Al2O3的形成激活能為151.78 kJ/mol,α-Al2O3的形成激活能為270.25 kJ/mol。

Abstract: The NiCoCrAlYTa coating was prepared on Ni-based single crystal super-alloys by low pressure plasma spraying (LPPS). Oxidation kinetics of the coating oxidated for 200 h at three different temperatures was investigated. The results show that the oxidation behaviour of NiCoCrAlYTa coating conforms to different dynamical rules including the logarithmic equation, the parabola equation and the cubical equation at 900, 1 000 and 1 100 ℃, respectively. During the process of oxidation, θ-Al2O3 forms at 900 ℃. Both θ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 forms at 1 000 ℃, and α-Al2O3 forms at 1 100 ℃. The activation energies of θ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 are 151.78 and 270.25 kJ/mol, respectively.
