摘 要: 采用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和能譜分析(EDX)等技術(shù)對(duì)石煤氧化焙燒過程進(jìn)行研究,考察焙燒對(duì)釩浸出的影響。結(jié)果表明:石煤在氧化焙燒過程中,有機(jī)質(zhì)和黃鐵礦首先被氧化,含釩伊利石晶體結(jié)構(gòu)在750~850 ℃被破壞,V(Ⅲ)和V(Ⅳ)氧化反應(yīng)達(dá)到平衡時(shí),釩浸出率達(dá)到最大值;當(dāng)焙燒溫度高達(dá)1 050 ℃時(shí),物料燒結(jié)使釩被包裹,這是在1 050 ℃焙燒后釩浸出率急劇降低的主要原因。

Abstract:The oxidizing roasting process of vanadium containing stone coal was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis (EDX), and the effects of roasting conditions on leaching rate of vanadium were studied. The results show that in the roasting process, the organic matter and pyrite are oxidized firstly. When the roasting temperature is in the range of 750−850 ℃, the crystal structure of illite containing vanadium is gradually destroyed, the oxidation reaction of V(Ⅲ) and V(Ⅳ) reaches a balance, and the leaching rate of vanadium reaches the best. When the roasting temperature reaches 1 050 ℃, the vanadium is enwrapped by sintered matter, which is the main reason making the leaching rate of vanadium decrease quickly.
