摘 要: 通過顯微硬度測試、電導(dǎo)率測試、拉伸力學(xué)性能測試以及透射電鏡觀察等研究預(yù)時(shí)效溫度對2519鋁合金力學(xué)性能和電導(dǎo)率的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著預(yù)時(shí)效溫度的升高,2519鋁合金到達(dá)峰值時(shí)效的時(shí)間縮短,峰值硬度降低;經(jīng)135 ℃預(yù)時(shí)效的合金具有較大的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度,其強(qiáng)度分別為490和442 MPa,但其伸長率僅為7.0%;經(jīng)165 ℃預(yù)時(shí)效的合金具有較好的綜合力學(xué)性能,其中抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和伸長率分別為480 MPa、435 MPa和10.5%;當(dāng)預(yù)時(shí)效溫度大于165 ℃時(shí),合金電導(dǎo)率隨預(yù)時(shí)效溫度的升高而升高;當(dāng)預(yù)時(shí)效溫度小于 165 ℃時(shí),合金電導(dǎo)率隨溫度的升高逐漸降低。

Abstract:The effect of pre-ageing on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 2519 aluminum alloy were investigated by microhardness test, electrical conductivity test, tensile test and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the peak-ageing time shortens with the increase of pre-ageing temperature, and the peak hardness reduces. The alloy has the higher tensile and yield strength, which are 490 and 442 MPa, respectively, and the elongation is 7.0%. When the pre-aging temperature is 135 ℃, the alloy has the better combination of strength and ductility of the mechanical properties, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are 480 MPa, 435 MPa and 10.5%, respectively when the pre-aging temperature is 165 ℃. When the pre-aging temperature is higher than 165 ℃, the electrical conductivity of the alloys increases with the increase of the pre-aging temperature. When the pre-aging temperature is less than 165 ℃, the electrical conductivity increases with the decrease of pre-aging temperature.
