環(huán)己苯對錳酸鋰離子電池過充性能的影響

摘 要: 研究在電解液中添加環(huán)己基苯(CHB)對錳酸鋰鋰離子電池的防過充性能的影響,考察CHB的加入對電池循環(huán)性能及容量等的影響。并采用紅外光譜和掃描電鏡等方法分析正極產(chǎn)物及正極表面形貌,以確定添加劑的防過充機理。結(jié)果表明:在電解液中添加2%的CHB可明顯提高錳酸鋰電池的耐過充性能,在3C/10 V極端條件下,電池不起火不爆炸,循環(huán)100周后,容量保持率為93.22%,CHB的防過充機理為阻斷機理。

Effect of cyclohexyl benzene on overcharge performance of LiMn2O4 lithium-ion cell

Abstract:Cyclohexyl benzene(CHB) was studied as an overcharge protection additive in the spinel LiMn2O4 lithium-ion cell. The effect of CHB on cycle ability and capacity of cell was also investigated. And the mechanism of overcharge protection of cathode was analysed by infrared spectra and SEM. The results show that doping 2% of CHB can improve the 3C/10V overcharge safety of LiMn2O4 lithium-ion cell, which don’t fire and explode. And it is no harmful to the cycle ability and capacity of cells. Also the mechanism of overcharge protection is interdiction mechanism.
