粗TiCl4銅絲塔除釩廢水的凈化新工藝

摘 要:

采用銅釩化合物共沉淀技術(shù)處理銅絲塔除釩廢水,回收其中的銅和釩,并考察廢水中Cu和V沉淀效果的各種影響因素。結(jié)果表明:常溫?cái)嚢杓覰aOH將銅絲塔除釩廢水的pH值調(diào)至3.0~4.0后,加入H2O2可將其中的V4+氧化成V5+,再補(bǔ)加Cu2+使Cu與V的摩爾比增大到7.5~8.5,然后再加堿中和pH值至7.5~8.5,繼續(xù)攪拌20 min后過濾;濾液中Cu和V的濃度均小于2.0 mg/L,達(dá)到國家污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn);濾渣中含Cu 45%~60%、V 11%~15 %,具有很高的綜合回收價(jià)值。

New purification technique of wastewater in removing vanadium from raw TiCl4 with copper wire

Abstract:A coprecipitation process was used to purify the washing water and recover copper and vanadium. The factors affecting the purification were investigated. The results show that when the washing water is treated by adding sodium hydroxide to precondition the pH value to 3.0−4.0 under stirring, vanadium is oxidized from V4+ to V5+ with H2O2. The molar ratio of Cu to V is increased to 7.5−8.5 by adding Cu2+. The solution is neutralized to pH value of 7.5−8.5 with NaOH, then the solution is filtered after agitating for 20 min at room temperature. The filtrate is very clear with concentrations of V and Cu less than 2.0 mg/L, which meet with the National Standards of Integrated Discharged Wastewater. The contents of copper and vanadium in the filter residues are 45%~60% Cu and 11%~15% V, which is a good crude material for recovery of vanadium and copper.
