摘 要: 利用低溫液相技術(shù)及氫氟酸的調(diào)控作用制備“短棒”、“球形”和“花形等不同形貌的ZnO微納米結(jié)構(gòu),研究這些形貌特征的ZnO表面在真空紫外光(VUV)處理后的潤(rùn)濕性變化情況。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)VUV光照處理后,3種不同形貌的ZnO表面潤(rùn)濕性均發(fā)生從高疏水(接觸角CA>120˚)到超親水的轉(zhuǎn)變(CA~0˚),其變化速度均經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)先快后慢的過(guò)程。用十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷對(duì)ZnO表面進(jìn)行改性,使ZnO表面覆蓋一層自組裝單分子膜,則其疏水性有所增強(qiáng)(CA>140˚);此時(shí)再經(jīng)VUV光照后,ZnO表面從高疏水到超親水的轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)程顯著變緩。對(duì)各種不同微納米結(jié)構(gòu)ZnO表面進(jìn)行光潤(rùn)濕性研究,將有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)ZnO基質(zhì)潤(rùn)濕性梯度表面。

Abstract:Several ZnO micro-nano structures with different morphologies, such as rods, spheres and flowers, were prepared by means of low temperature liquid method tailored by hydrofluoric acid. Their vacuum-ultraviolet (VUV) photoresponsive wettabilities were focused. With VUV illumination time aging, the wettabilities of all ZnO micro-nanostructures change from high-hydrophobic (contact angle (CA)>120˚) to superhydrophilic (CA−0˚), and all of the water contact angles change with an uneven velocity: fast firstly, and then slowly. If the surfaces of ZnO micro-nanostructures are modified by n-octadecyltrimethoxysilane (ODS), i. e. the surfaces are coated by a self-assembly monolayer, their water contact angles increase (CA>140˚). Also, it takes more time to transmit from high-hydrophobic to superhydrophilic for ZnO surfaces under VUV illumination after they are modified by ODS. All of the results can be helpful to realize ZnO-based wettability-gradient surfaces.
