摘 要: 采用液相化學(xué)還原法,在1,2-丙二醇體系中,分別使用吐溫-80(Tween-80)、聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)和十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)與聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)的混合物作為修飾劑,利用1,2-丙二醇還原相同母體醋酸鎳,制備形貌分別為海綿體、纖維狀、雪花狀的多晶納米鎳;在水體系中,使用SDS為修飾劑,利用水合肼還原相同母體醋酸鎳,制備球形多晶納米鎳。通過X射線衍射(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、選區(qū)電子衍射(SAED)對納米鎳進(jìn)行表征。利用傅立葉紅外(FTIR)分析初步解釋不同形貌納米鎳的形成機(jī)理。

Abstract: Ni nanocrystals with different morphologies, such as spongy, fibrillar, and snowflake-like, were prepared by using nickel acetate as precursor, 1, 2-propanediol as solvent and reductant, with different surfactants as modifiers. These modifiers are polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooil 80 (Tween-80), polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG-6000) and mixture of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)+PEG-6000, respectively. The spherical Ni nanocrystals were synthesized in nickel acetate solution by using hydrazine hydrate as reductant, with surfactant SDS as modifier. The as-prepared Ni nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), powder X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The fabrication mechanisms of Ni nanocrystals with different morphologies were investigated.
