Cu-1Mg-1V合金的組織及性能

摘 要: 采用噴射沉積快速凝固技術(shù)制備了Al-17Si-5Fe-2Mn-2Ni-3.5Cu-1Mg-1V合金,利用金相、X射線衍射和SEM等測試方法分析了合金的組織特征、熱穩(wěn)定性及力學性能。結(jié)果表明:噴射沉積合金的組織由大量彌散分布的粒狀相、少量塊狀相和共晶基體組成。擠壓態(tài)合金經(jīng)300 ℃不同時間加熱后,初晶Si相沒有明顯的粗化,熱穩(wěn)定性良好;合金經(jīng)熱擠壓后,室溫極限拉強度達232.2 MPa,經(jīng)T6熱處理后極限抗拉強度提高了17%,達271.3 MPa。

Abstract:Al-17Si-5Fe-2Mn-2Ni-3.5Cu-1Mg-1V alloy was prepared by spray-deposition technology, a kind of rapid solidification. The microstructure, thermal stability and mechanical properties were investigated by optical microscopy, XRD and SEM. The results show that the microstructures of alloy are composed of lots of dispersed granular phases, block like phases and eutectic matrixes. The hypereutectic Si phase is coarsened evidently and the thermal stability of the alloy is good when the extruding alloys are heattreated at 300 ℃ for different time. The ultimate tensile strength of the as-extruded alloy is 232.2 MPa at room temperature, and the value reaches 271.3 MPa after T6 process, which is increased about 17% than that of the former.
