單一晶粒長(zhǎng)大過(guò)程的元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)模擬

摘 要:

基于Moore型鄰居及其相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換準(zhǔn)則的元胞自動(dòng)機(jī),分別對(duì)與多個(gè)晶粒相鄰的單一正四邊形、六邊形、八邊形小晶粒在晶粒長(zhǎng)大過(guò)程中的形態(tài)變化進(jìn)行模擬。結(jié)果表明:?jiǎn)我恍【ЯP螒B(tài)變化規(guī)律與總體晶粒形態(tài)變化規(guī)律一致,即隨著晶粒長(zhǎng)大過(guò)程的延長(zhǎng),晶界邊數(shù)大于6的晶粒會(huì)不斷長(zhǎng)大且邊數(shù)趨于6;晶界邊數(shù)小于6的晶粒則不斷變小直至消失。所用模型具有較好的物理機(jī)制,可以模擬材料晶粒長(zhǎng)大過(guò)程。

Cellular automata simulation of single grain growth

Abstract:Based on the cellular automata (shortly called CA) made up of Moore neighbor type and its translation rules, the variation of shape and size of three kinds of single and smaller grains was simulated in the process of grain growth. The grains are quadrilateral, hexagonal or octagon surrounded with a few grains, respectively. The results show that the changes of grains correspond to the general law of grain growth, that is, as extending the progress of grain growth, the grain whose boundary is more than six continues to grow and its boundary number approaches six, and the grain whose boundary is less than six continues to diminish until disappear. The model used has better physical basis to suit for simulating the progress of grain growth.
