ZK60鎂合金磷酸鹽及錫酸鹽化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜

摘 要:

為了提高ZK60鎂合金的耐腐蝕性能,利用磷酸鹽溶液或錫酸鹽溶液,考察了在ZK60鎂合金上形成磷酸鹽或錫酸鹽化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)換膜的工藝條件及膜層的耐蝕性能。通過改變處理時(shí)間和溫度,可以得到性能不同的轉(zhuǎn)換膜。通過電化學(xué)阻抗譜技術(shù)和極化曲線技術(shù)研究轉(zhuǎn)化膜的耐腐蝕性能,利用掃描電鏡研究其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:在磷酸鹽溶液中,當(dāng)處理溫度為50 ℃時(shí),磷化30 min后試樣的電荷轉(zhuǎn)移電阻(Rct)為224.03 Ω∙cm2;當(dāng)溫度為80 ℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為45 min時(shí),所得轉(zhuǎn)換膜的Rct為377.67 Ω∙cm2,阻值最大,耐腐蝕性能最好;對(duì)于錫酸鹽化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜,90 ℃下,處理60 min的膜層耐蝕性能最好,其Rct為388.32 Ω∙cm2,與磷酸鹽化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜相比,兩種膜的保護(hù)性能相差不大。

Phosphate and stannate chemical conversion coatings
on ZK60 magnesium alloy

Abstract:In order to enhance the anti-corrosive performance of ZK60 magnesium alloy, the chemical conversion coatings on ZK60 magnesium alloy obtained from phosphate or stannate solutions were studied. Different chemical conversion coatings were obtained by changing the processing time and temperature. The anti-corrosive performance of coatings was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization curves, the microscopic structures were studied by SEM. The results indicate that the charge transfer resistance(Rct) of the sample treated at 50 ℃ for 30 min is 224.03 Ω∙cm2, while the Rct of chemical conversion coatings obtained in phosphate solution at 80 ℃ for 45min is 377.67 Ω∙cm2, showing the highest anti-corrosive performance. For the stannate chemical conversion coatings, the coating obtained at 90 ℃ for 60 min has the best anti-corrosive performance with Rct value of 388.32 Ω∙cm2, but compared with the phosphate chemical conversion coatings, the difference in anti-corrosive performance is not obvious.
