摘 要: 用鎂合金脫氧劑在內(nèi)襯為MgO質(zhì)坩鍋的真空感應(yīng)爐中對(duì)16MnR鋼液的脫氧行為進(jìn)行研究;選取FeAl、AlMg、SiCa和SiCaMg合金,對(duì)比考察脫氧后鋼水的總氧和硫含量以及脫氧后夾雜物的變化。研究結(jié)果表明:鎂合金在對(duì)鋼水脫氧的同時(shí)具有較強(qiáng)的脫硫能力;殘余在鋼中的鎂含量為0.000 7%~0.005 0%時(shí),微量鎂對(duì)鋼材的強(qiáng)度沒有明顯的影響,但鋼材塑性明顯提高;鋼水脫氧后夾雜物大多轉(zhuǎn)化為復(fù)合夾雜物,其中Al2O3夾雜物主要轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?/FONT>MgO·Al2O3等,FeS和MnS等硫化物夾雜轉(zhuǎn)變成MnS、CaS和MgS等復(fù)合硫化物夾雜。

Abstract:Deoxidation behavior of magnesium alloy in 16MnR steel was investigated in a vacuum induction furnace with MgO crucible. The total oxygen and sulphur content in 16MnR steel during the course of deoxidization, as well as the deoxidized products were researched, in which Al, AlMg, SiCa and SiCaMg were used as deoxidizers. Effect of deoxidation and desulfurization in the steel with magnesium alloy were studied, and the change of inclusions was discussed. The results show that the effect of deoxidation with magnesium alloy is obvious, and the ratio of desulfurization is high. The mechanical properties of steel are not obviously changed when the content of Mg is 0.000 7%?0.005 0%. The deoxidized products are changed. Especially the inclusion of Al2O3, FeS and MnS are respectively changed into compound inclusion such as MgO·Al2O3, MnS, CaS and MgS.
