凝膠-共還原法制備超細(xì)Mo-Cu粉末及其
燒結(jié)性能

摘 要: (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2OCuO 為前驅(qū)體,采用有機(jī)物輔助的凝膠工藝制得干凝膠。干凝膠經(jīng)煅燒、還原后,獲得Cu含量為20%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))Mo-Cu復(fù)合粉末。該Mo-Cu粉末模壓成形后,在H2中于1 050~1 150 ℃燒結(jié),制得Mo-Cu復(fù)合材料。通過(guò)X射線衍射, 透射電鏡等對(duì)干凝膠煅燒后產(chǎn)物及其還原后粉體的相組成、形貌和粒度等進(jìn)行了表征;通過(guò)掃描電鏡觀測(cè)了不同溫度燒結(jié)所得Mo-Cu復(fù)合材料燒結(jié)體的顯微結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其密度、電導(dǎo)率和強(qiáng)度等物理力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明通過(guò)凝膠-共還原法可以制備分散均勻、平均粒度為200 nmMo-Cu超細(xì)粉末; Mo-Cu粉末燒結(jié)活性高,其成形壓坯在1 150 ℃下于H2氣氛中燒結(jié)90 min后相對(duì)密度可達(dá)99.65%,且燒結(jié)體的晶粒細(xì)小均勻,具有良好的物理力學(xué)性能。

Characterization and sintering behavior of ultra-fine
Mo-Cu powder prepared by gelatinization-coreduction method

Abstract:Mo-Cu composite powders were prepared by gelatinization-coreduction method, in which gels were obtained from precursors of (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O and CuO powders. The gel was then calcined and H2-reduced to convert into Mo-Cu powders. The phase constitute and morphology of the calcined gel, as well as the Mo-Cu composite powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscopy. Mo-Cu powders were die-pressed and sintered in H2 atmosphere in temperature range of 1 050−1 150 ℃. The physical and mechanical properties of sintered Mo-Cu materials were tested, and the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that Mo-Cu composite powders with mean particle size of about 200 nm were obtained by gelatinization-reduction method. The powder exhibits good dispersion of Mo and Cu ingredients and high sinterability. A relative density of 99.65% is achieved for Mo-Cu composites sintered at 1 150 ℃ for 90 min in H2 atmosphere. Furthermore, the prepared Mo-Cu materials show good physical and mechanical properties.
