摘 要: 采用自主研制的雙向多級(jí)速電磁攪拌裝置、漿料轉(zhuǎn)移工具和涂料、階梯板流變性能試件和半固態(tài)合金壓鑄模具,開發(fā)出一種半固態(tài)合金漿料制備系統(tǒng)與工件成形系統(tǒng)分離的鋁合金流變成形技術(shù)。結(jié)果表明:該技術(shù)可在20~25 s內(nèi)制備出形狀因子為0.85左右,晶粒尺寸為70~80 μm(空冷尺寸)的A356合金半固態(tài)漿料,實(shí)現(xiàn)制漿設(shè)備與成形設(shè)備“一對(duì)一”配套;可在漿料溫度下降不超過3 ℃的情況下,實(shí)現(xiàn)合金漿料從制備系統(tǒng)到壓鑄機(jī)壓室的平穩(wěn)輸送;試件的抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率分別比液態(tài)壓鑄提高11.6%~18.2%和42.5%~50%;該流變成形技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)的成形技術(shù)銜接簡(jiǎn)便。

Abstract:Using the reversible multilevel-speed electromagnetic stirrer, the slurry transfer tool and its coater, the thin plate sample with five steps and the rheocasting mould, all of which are independently developed, a new rheoforming processing of Al alloy with slurry preparation systems and component shaping systems apart was exploited. The results show that the semi-solid A356 alloy slurry with shape factor of about 0.85 and particle size of 70−80 μm (in air-cooling state) could be prepared in 20−25 s to fully meet the production rate of high pressure die casting. The slurry could be smoothly transferred from the slurry preparation equipment to the rheocasting shot chamber when the temperature of slurry is decreased by 3 ℃ or less, the tensile strength and elongation of the rheocasting samples can be increased respectively by 11.6%−18.2% and 42.5%−50% compared with the traditional liquid die casting ones. The rheoforming processing has close affinity with the traditional hot working processes.
