摘 要: 利用液氮球磨、真空熱壓和擠壓工藝制備塊體納米晶Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金,并對(duì)其固溶和時(shí)效處理進(jìn)行研究,得到時(shí)效硬度曲線。利用X射線衍射儀和透射電鏡對(duì)該合金熱處理前后的微觀組織進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明:塊體制備過(guò)程中析出的MgZn2可以通過(guò)固溶處理使其回溶并在時(shí)效后沉淀析出;熱壓后晶粒尺寸為50~100 nm,熱處理后晶粒長(zhǎng)大到100 nm,部分晶粒達(dá)到200 nm。

Abstract:Bulk nanocrystalline Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy was fabricated by cryomilling combined with vacuum hot pressing and extrusion. The aging-curve was obtained. The crystal structures and microstructures before and after heat treatment were investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), respectively. The results show that the deposition(MgZn2) of consolidation can be dissolved again by solid-solution, and precipitated during aging. The grain sizes of the bulk nanocrystalline Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy produced by vacuum hot pressing are 50−100 nm, some of them grow to 100 nm even part of them reach 200 nm after heat-treatment.
