300 kA預(yù)焙鋁電解槽溫度和初晶溫度的自適應(yīng)模糊控制

摘 要: 采用自適應(yīng)模糊技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了300kA預(yù)焙槽電解質(zhì)溫度和初晶溫度的控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括參數(shù)采集,參數(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸和參數(shù)預(yù)處理,專家知識(shí)規(guī)則庫、模糊邏輯決策,參數(shù)辨識(shí)、模糊規(guī)則自適應(yīng),人機(jī)界面和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)等模塊。通過調(diào)整氟化鋁添加量、出鋁量和設(shè)定電壓,以及氧化鋁下料間隔的自修正,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電解槽溫度、初晶溫度、效應(yīng)系數(shù)的控制。該系統(tǒng)在常規(guī)模糊控制基礎(chǔ)上,通過變化在線辨識(shí)參數(shù),得到系統(tǒng)自適應(yīng)不同的電解槽。系統(tǒng)的輸入?yún)?shù)除傳統(tǒng)的電壓、溫度和分子比外,還采用初晶溫度、過熱度和陰極壓降等作為系統(tǒng)的輸入?yún)?shù)。控制系統(tǒng)在我國(guó)某廠300 kA鋁電解槽上運(yùn)行9個(gè)月,電流效率達(dá)94.3%,效應(yīng)系數(shù)為0.08,每噸鋁的直流電耗13 000 kW·h

Adaptive fuzzy control system of temperature and liquidus of 300 kA aluminum production celss

Abstract:An adaptive fuzzy control system for 300kA prebake aluminum production cells was designed, which includes the sampling, transmission and pretreatment of the parameters, the database and fuzzy logical determination, the parameter recognition and adaptivity of the fuzzy rule and actuor. The bath temperature, liquidus and anode effect were controlled by adjusting the AlF3 additions, aluminum tapping magnitude, cell voltage set-point and the alumina feeding interval. Based on the tradition fuzzy control, the system can automatically adapt different cells in different periods by online recognition. Besides the cell voltage, bath temperature and bath ratio, the inputs of the system also include the liquidus temperature, superheat extent and cathode voltage. The control system has been running nine months in some Aluminum Plant in Hennan Province of China, with current efficiency up to 94.3%, anode effect coefficient down to 0.08 and DC energy consumption to 13 000 kW·h per ton aluminum.
